China National TCM Further Education Base of Myatrophy Established in Yiling Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University
This marks the beginning of national popularization of the hospital's therapeutic experience in Myatropy. 
(By Reporter Wang Zhenling, Correspondent Yang Sanping) Lately, the Specialized Department of Amyotrophia has been granted by China Association of Chinese Medicine (CACM) the "National TCM Further Education Base of Myatrophy" after careful inspection and evaluation by the expert group. This marks the hospital's advantage in myatrophy among specialized departments nationwide and the successful experience will soon be popularized nationwide to benefit more patients.  

The "National TCM Further Education Base of Specialized Departments" program is established by China Association of Chinese Medicine (CACM) in hope of accelerating the development of national TCM specialized departments and raising the academic level of specialized departments. According to the rules, any TCM specialized department that has been granted such a title shall reach the TCM further education base standard of specialized departments drawn by CACM based on the requirements of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the building of specialized departments, and thus, must be advanced scholastically nationwide. 
How to treat muscle atrophy?
It is known that CACM is preparing to establish a total number of 100 national TCM further education bases and choose 20 hospitals in the first step. Yiling Hospital's success in passing the evaluation among dozens of applicant hospitals is due to its specialized department of Myatrophy where the TCM preclinical research and clinical treatment has benefited almost 100,000 patients, and multiple research achievements in the department have reached international advanced level, or filled the blanks in world medicine，or has received Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Prize. The department is also entitled "National Key Specialized Department of TCM", "Myatrophy Research Center of Chinese Association of the Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine (CAITWM)", which reveals adequately its advanced position among the specialized departments nationally around China.
