Attention:
1) this group is a pure photography group. Sometimes in order to get best pictures, have to bear the worse conditions. Only the brave creative photographer are willing to endure. Tourists had better not attend. The photographer must also ensure the health of the body, be sure to do.
2) with an average altitude of about 3000 meters in Gannan area, atmospheric oxygen can reach only 70% of the grand level. So when just arrived, maybe have varying degrees of altitude stress at the beginning, as long as drink boiling water, have a good rest, take salidroside, spirulina, crystal sugar and glucose, the symptoms will disappear quickly, no need to worry and fear. On the plateau avoid running, no smoking, no drinking wine, anti cold, usually drink plenty of water, adequate sleep, pay attention to keep warm.
3) Tourists such as with heart disease, hypertension, asthma, lung disease, respiratory system disease, diabetes and severe anemia and other diseases, for example doctors advise not to get into Tibet of plateau, these tourists cannot be offered. As if hiding the disease, the consequences of all travelling problems should undertake by their own, travel agency do not assume any liability.
4) Customs in Gannan area are quite familiar to Tibetan folk religion, for some phenomena and habits, we should not evaluate and measure at the city people's mentality. Please remember not to view heaven burial from the mission, sometimes accidentally, it will offend the local people, causing unnecessary trouble.
5) Tibetan temples unique architectural style, in the festival, Tibetan dress is gorgeous, colorful, these are good photographic subjects, but should pay attention to: generally framing before the periphery of the temple construction can be taken, one hall is strictly forbidden shooting, some places do indicate the payment of shooting. Photographic characters also have to be careful, not all Tibetans love being filmed, in order to avoid unnecessary trouble shooting, get approval before shooting.
6) Tibetans do not like spitting, not like strangers putting hands on their shoulders, not like loudly noise; around the rail way station, there are maybe more thief, be carefully of property, not just charity, otherwise it may be difficult to get away. The local public security is good, but in remote places or go out at night should go together, do not act alone, do not fall behind and leave the group.
7) In Tibet, political issue is very sensitive, whether on any occasion, have not discussed political issues.
8) Participants should give full consideration to their own physical condition, man-made or natural disasters and other factors on travel activities (including personal and property safety) effect of commitment in the travel agency and does not increase the burden of the companion case to participate in this event.
